The back office your business can't afford to hire: a team of AI specialists for sales, marketing, operations, research, finance and project work, coordinated on one visual board on your own computer. Assign an outcome, review the work, export the deliverable.
No prompts to learn, no setup maze. The app builds your team for you.
A setup agent interviews you about your business, writes your business profile, and hires the right team of agents automatically.
Drop tasks on a kanban board and work routes to the best-suited agent. The team collaborates on its own, messaging and delegating between themselves.
Documents, spreadsheets, presentations, and dashboards land in a shared Files view, ready to export to Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and PDF.
Five briefs a real owner would type, and the complete deliverables that come back. Hover a card, then open the full example.

A chatbot tells you what a good marketing plan contains. A Qivreno team hands you the plan, the calendar and the deck — reviewed, exported, done. Here's how the alternatives compare.
| Approach | The catch |
|---|---|
| An AI chatbot | You coordinate every prompt, every handoff, every revision yourself. |
| A cloud "AI employee" | Your documents, inbox and context live on their servers, metered in usage credits — and granular privacy controls are "coming soon." |
| An automation builder | You design and maintain every workflow before it does anything. |
| Hiring | The right people are expensive and slow to find for a small team. |
| Outsourcing | Your business knowledge fragments across contractors who come and go. |
| Qivreno | A coordinated AI team that learns your business, shows its work for approval, and runs on your own computer — you decide per agent whether the thinking stays local or uses your Claude/Codex account. |
Built for owners who want leverage, not another tool to babysit.
Built-in AI downloads a local model in one click and runs it entirely on your machine — free, private, and works offline. It is limited by your computer's power, so expect slower and simpler results than a frontier model.
Point agents at the Claude Code or Codex CLI using the subscription you already pay for. That is where your team does its best work — the trade is that your task text is processed by that provider. Local models stay installed as an automatic fallback.
Your agents, tasks, documents and memory live on your computer, and we never receive them — there is no Qivreno server to trust. Pick per agent: local for anything that must stay in the building, Claude or Codex when you want the strongest output.
To Do → In Progress → Review → Done. Agents move their own cards; you approve finished work.
Your brand voice, policies and processes guide every agent. Agents document repeatable processes as they work.
Marketing asks Engineering. Sales hands off to Legal. A manager agent can even hire new teammates.
Word, Excel, PowerPoint and PDF exports. Decks can even match your customers' brand colors.
Whole teams in one click: Consulting Growth, Agency Operations, Founder's Office, Sales Support, Small Business Back Office and Software — plus a dozen more specialist roles you can hire individually.
Not required — Built-in AI runs locally at no extra cost and needs no account. But if you have a Claude or ChatGPT (Codex) subscription, connect it: cloud models produce noticeably better work, and Qivreno uses your existing login rather than metered credits. A local model can only be as capable as the computer it runs on, so it returns slower and simpler results. Local models also stay installed as an automatic fallback.
Your agents, tasks, documents and memory are stored on your own computer, and 272 Solutions operates no servers that receive them. The app makes no licence checks and sends us no telemetry — there is no Qivreno server in the loop at all. The one thing that does leave: if you point an agent at Claude, Codex, Gemini or Grok, the text of that task is sent to that provider to be processed — the app tells you so before you choose. Agents on Built-in AI, Ollama or LM Studio send nothing anywhere.
Nothing. Qivreno is free, with no trial clock, no licence key and no agent limit. The only thing that can cost money is optional: pointing an agent at Claude, Codex, Gemini or Grok uses your own subscription with that provider.
Agent output is AI-generated and provided for reference. Like work from a bright new hire, review it before you rely on it. Every reply is labeled, and the app is designed around a human-approval workflow (the Review column exists for a reason).
Yes — Windows 10 and 11 run the full app, built and tested alongside every macOS release. The only difference today is Calendar: agents are date-aware everywhere, but booking events into the system calendar is macOS-only for now. We're completing code signing before publishing the Windows installer, so it isn't a public download yet — email us and we'll send you the current build.
Cloud AI employees live in Slack and act across your SaaS accounts — which means your documents, inbox and business context are stored on their servers, and you pay in metered usage credits. Qivreno is the opposite architecture: the app, your files, your board and your agents' memory all live on your own machine, with a review gate before anything ships, and the whole app is free including the Built-in AI model. You choose per agent how much leaves: run on the built-in local model and nothing does, or point an agent at your own Claude/Codex account for stronger work and only that task's text is sent, to a provider you already have a relationship with. Either way there is no Qivreno server holding your business.
