Qivreno is a local-first desktop application. This policy is short because we collect very little.

What stays on your computer

Everything your agents work with: agent configurations, tasks, messages, documents, business library, memory, and settings are stored locally on your device. 272 Solutions operates no servers that receive, store, or process this content.

What we do collect

• Licensing: when you purchase a subscription, our payment processor (Stripe) collects your payment details and email. We store your email, subscription status, activation records, and an anonymous device identifier so we can verify your license and enforce seat limits.
• License checks: the app periodically contacts qivreno.ai to renew its license. These requests contain your license credentials and device identifier. It never includes your documents, tasks, or agent content.
• Website analytics: privacy-friendly, cookie-less aggregate analytics (page views, referrers). No cross-site tracking, no ads.
• Email: if you email us or join a waitlist, we keep that correspondence.

Third-party AI providers

If you point an agent at a third-party AI service, the text of that agent’s tasks — including any file content it includes — is sent to that provider and processed under their privacy policy, using your account or API key. Qivreno supports:

• Anthropic (Claude) and OpenAI (Codex) — run through the provider’s own CLI, signed in with your existing subscription.
• Google (Gemini) and xAI (Grok) — called directly using an API key you supply.

The local options — Built-in AI, Ollama and LM Studio — process everything on your own device and send nothing to any provider. You choose the backend per agent, so you control which work leaves your machine and which does not.

What we never do

We do not sell personal data. We do not train models on your data. We do not have access to your business content.

Data requests & deletion

Email hello@qivreno.ai to access or delete your licensing records. Canceling your subscription stops all future billing; local app data remains yours to keep or delete.

Changes

We’ll post updates here with a new effective date. Material changes will be noted in the app or by email.
